Color is where most film orders succeed or fail. Here is how our in-house color matching process works – and why it matters for your brand.
Step 1: your reference
Send us a Pantone code, a physical sample of the color you want, or a photo of the end product. Physical samples give the most accurate match.
Step 2: in-house formulation
Because our formulations are mixed in-house on site, we control pigment ratios directly – no outsourced compounding, no color drift between batches. We adjust for base film transparency, thickness and final finish (matte, glossy or embossed).
Step 3: sample approval and batch consistency
You approve a physical sample, and every production batch is checked against it for color, thickness, width and finish before shipment. That is how a 20-ton order looks the same as the 1 kg sample you approved.
Want to test our color matching? Send a Pantone code with your inquiry – samples ship free.
