This page lists the technical and trade documents we hold, and how to get each one. Some are available automatically; some we only release after confirming who we are sending them to — the reason is explained below, and it is not bureaucracy.
Available now — sent by email
These go out automatically once you submit the request form. No sales call required.
| Document | What it covers | How to get it |
|---|---|---|
| TPU 85A datasheets (4 thicknesses) | Measured tensile, elongation, hardness per ASTM D412 / D2240 / D624, at 0.15 / 0.2 / 0.25 / 0.3 mm | Request by email |
| SGS test reports | EN 71-3 heavy metals, REACH SVHC (161 substances), RoHS, 22 phthalates, PAHs, ASTM F963, CPSIA, California Prop 65 | See report numbers, then ask for the PDF |
| PVC film specification sheets | Thickness, tolerance, width, surface and colour options by product family | Ask for the family you need |
Released after verification
These documents carry our company registration details, and we send them only after confirming the requester is a genuine buyer.
| Document | What it is | When we send it |
|---|---|---|
| Foreign trade operator registration (export licence) | Our registration confirming we are legally entitled to export in our own name | After we have confirmed your company and intent to order |
| Certificate of Origin (COO) | Issued by the issuing authority per shipment — it names the consignment, not just the company | With the shipment documents, after the order is placed |
| MSDS / SDS | Material safety data for the specific formulation you are buying | After we confirm the exact grade |
| Order-specific inspection reports | Batch test results for your production run | With the pre-shipment documents |
Why we verify before sending
Because these documents have a second life we did not choose. A scanned export licence or certificate of origin showing a real factory name, address and registration number is exactly what someone needs to build a convincing fake supplier website and collect deposits from buyers who never receive goods.
That fraud has cost buyers in our industry real money, and it damages the factory whose name was copied. So we treat a request for these documents the way you would treat a request for your own company paperwork: with a short conversation first.
If that costs us a few inquiries from people who only wanted a file, we accept that trade.
How verification works
- You send a request — company name, country, the product you are sourcing, and which document you need.
- We reply — usually one short email exchange, sometimes a call. We are checking that you are a buyer, not running a credit check.
- We send the documents directly to your business email, normally within one business day of that exchange.
Nothing here requires you to place an order first. We have sent documentation to buyers who were still comparing suppliers, and we will keep doing that.
FAQ
Can I see a certificate of origin before I order?
We can show you the format and the fields, but a COO is issued per consignment — a COO for someone else’s shipment tells you nothing about yours. The document that matters is the one issued for your order.
Do you have ISO 9001?
Not currently. We hold SGS product test reports (see certifications) and we run in-house gauge checks on every batch, but we do not hold an ISO 9001 certificate and we will not imply that we do.
Why not just put the files on the website?
Because anything reachable by a link is reachable by everyone with that link, permanently, including search engines and people copying our identity. Files sent by email have an owner.
Can you send documents to my personal email?
For datasheets and test reports, yes. For registration and origin documents we ask for a company email address — it is one of the signals we use.
How long does verification take?
Usually within one business day. If your request is time-critical, say so in the message and we will prioritise it.
