Certifications & Test Reports

Our PVC film is tested by SGS against the standards that European and North American buyers actually ask for: EN 71-3, REACH SVHC, RoHS, phthalates, PAHs, CPSIA and California Proposition 65. The reports below are real, numbered and verifiable with SGS — send us the report number and you can confirm it directly.

SGS test reports

All seven reports below come from one test submission — SGS job CP15-014659-SZ, sample described as “PVC sheet”, received 27 March 2015, reported 7 April 2015 by SGS-CSTC Standards Technical Services, Guangzhou Branch.

How to read these dates honestly

These reports are dated 2015 and 2017. Standards move: the current EN 71-3 edition is EN 71-3:2019, and the REACH SVHC candidate list has grown considerably since the 161 substances tested here.

That means two things, and we would rather say both than oversell:

  • What the reports do prove: the film we produce has passed third-party SGS testing for heavy metals, phthalates, PAHs, RoHS substances and SVHC screening. That is a real, verifiable result — not a supplier’s claim.
  • What they do not prove: that today’s film passes the current edition of every standard. For that you need a fresh test on the specific gauge, colour and formulation you are buying.

So we treat these as evidence of capability, not as a blanket certificate for every roll.

What we can do for your order

  • Send you the full PDF of any report above — just ask for the report number
  • Arrange fresh SGS testing on the exact material, colour and thickness you are ordering, at cost, before production
  • Supply MSDS for the material
  • Declare the formulation route where you need it (for example phthalate-free requests)

FAQ

Can I verify these report numbers?

Yes. SGS reports can be verified with SGS directly against the report number — that is exactly why we publish the numbers rather than a logo. If a supplier shows you a certificate scan with the number redacted, treat it with suspicion.

Are these reports for every product you sell?

No. The 2015 suite was run on a PVC sheet sample. Different colours, plasticiser systems and effect films (glitter, laser, holographic) are different formulations and can behave differently, particularly on heavy-metal migration and phthalates. Ask us which report covers the material you are buying.

Can you supply EN 71-3 for toy packaging?

We have EN 71-3 test history and can arrange a current-edition report for your order. We do not claim blanket EN 71 certification for every gauge and colour without testing.

Do you supply food-contact grades?

Not currently. If your product touches food directly, tell us early — that is a different formulation and a different test set.

What about flame retardancy?

We have CPAI-84 flame test documentation available on request. Tell us the standard your market requires and we will confirm what we can supply.
