Super clear PVC film, grade XSscpvcf, is a high-transparency flexible PVC film used wherever the product inside has to be seen: A4 document folders and pencil cases, waterproof cosmetic bags, toy packaging windows, slippers, swim rings and waterproof phone pouches.
We calender this film in-house in Yiwu, Zhejiang, on eight production lines across a 10,000 m² plant. Standard thickness is 0.1–2.0 mm and we can run 0.06–3.0 mm to order, with a tolerance of ±0.02 mm and web width up to 1.8 m. Light transmission is 85–90% and haze stays below 5% — the film reads clear against a dark background rather than milky.

Why “super clear” is a number, not an adjective
Two figures decide whether a film looks clear on a finished product or only on the roll: light transmission and haze. Our XSscpvcf grade runs 85–90% light transmission with haze below 5%. A film with higher haze scatters light and turns milky under shop lighting even when it looks clean on the roll.
Because we calender rather than blow the film, gauge and surface stay consistent across the full web. That is what keeps your downstream cutting, printing and high-frequency welding predictable — the film behaves the same at the centre of the roll as at the edge.

What it is used for
Our current customers sit in stationery, crafts, bags, footwear and packaging. Typical parts:
- Stationery — A4 document folders, book covers, pencil cases, badge holders
- Bags — waterproof cosmetic bags, transparent totes, phone pouches
- Footwear — slipper and sandal uppers, transparent trims
- Toys and leisure — toy packaging windows, swim rings and inflatable covers
- Packaging — retail boxes with display windows, protective sleeves
If your application needs UV resistance, anti-yellowing or a matte finish, tell us in the inquiry — these are formulation changes rather than add-ons, and they affect the minimum run.
Quality control
Every batch is checked with a dial gauge across the web to hold the ±0.02 mm tolerance. Rolls are wound on 35–75 mm cores, wrapped in pearl cotton plus PVC film or kraft paper, then palletised — packing that survives a 30-day sea freight without the outer wrap fusing to the film.

Production and stock

Samples and ordering
Samples are available at a fee of RMB 300, refunded against your first order; freight is at the buyer’s cost. Tell us the thickness and width you want to test and we will cut from stock where possible.
If the gauge you need is already in the warehouse, we can ship a smaller quantity than the custom-run MOQ — useful for buyers who want to validate a spec before committing to a full container.
Orders are confirmed against a signed specification sheet covering thickness, width, colour, packing and quantity. Once confirmed, cancellation is not accepted — so we confirm the specification in writing before the run starts.
Freight is quoted per destination; send us the port and we will price FOB and CIF side by side.
FAQ
What is the difference between super clear PVC film and regular clear PVC film?
Both are transparent. The difference is haze — how much light scatters inside the film. XSscpvcf runs below 5% haze with 85–90% light transmission; regular clear film scatters more and reads milky against a dark background.
Can you match my existing thickness?
Yes, to ±0.02 mm. Send the target thickness and we will confirm whether it falls on a standard gauge or needs a dedicated run.
Can you slit below 1 m?
Yes. A cutting fee applies, and we quote it upfront.
What is the minimum order?
For custom runs, 1 ton below 0.5 mm and 2 tons at 0.5 mm and above. If the gauge you need is already in our warehouse, we accept smaller orders from stock — ask and we will confirm what is available.
Do you have stock, or is everything made to order?
Both. Common gauges ship in 3 days from stock; custom thickness, colour and width take 10–15 days from deposit.
Which certifications do you hold?
REACH (SVHC) and RoHS. EN 71-3 (19 heavy metals) was tested by SGS and the report is available on request — a current-version report can be arranged for your order. We do not supply food-contact grades.
