If your application needs UV resistance, anti-yellowing or a specific surface roughness, tell us in the inquiry — these are formulation changes rather than add-ons, and they affect the minimum run.
Samples and ordering
Samples are available at a fee of RMB 300, refunded against your first order; freight is at the buyer’s cost. Specify thickness, width and colour when requesting a sample.
Orders are confirmed against a signed specification sheet covering thickness, width, finish, colour, packing and quantity. Once confirmed, cancellation is not accepted — so we confirm the specification in writing before the run starts.
FAQ
What makes TPU different from PVC?
TPU is polyurethane, not polyvinyl chloride. It has roughly double the elongation at break, stays flexible at low temperature, and contains no chlorine and no plasticiser — which is why it is chosen for outdoor, medical and technical bags.
Can TPU be high-frequency welded?
Yes. TPU welds well by high-frequency and ultrasonic methods, and also by heat sealing. Tell us your joining method and we will confirm the grade.
Do you supply food-contact TPU?
We do not supply food-contact certified grades. Our TPU is supplied for bags, apparel, medical covers and industrial panels.
What thickness and width can you run?
0.05–2.0 mm, in widths up to 1.5 m, slit to order.
What is the minimum order?
1 ton below 0.5 mm and 2 tons at 0.5 mm and above for custom runs. If the gauge and colour are in stock we accept smaller orders.
How long does it take?
3 days from stock; 10–15 days for custom runs from deposit.
Which certifications do you hold?
REACH (SVHC) and RoHS. EN 71-3 (19 heavy metals) was tested by SGS and the report is available on request. We do not supply food-contact grades.
Can I get a sample?
Yes — RMB 300, refunded against your first order, freight at buyer’s cost. Tell us the thickness, width and colour when you request it.
